We have implemented additional health and safety procedures to support our staff and customers, including:
Delivery and installation will occur inside your home; upon providing entry to our installers, you are required to stay in a separate room/space of the home whilst we complete the install for you;
All of our team members will wear face masks, following the mandatory requirement set by the State Government;
We have supplied our team members with additional hygiene products, and we will complete sanitised wipe-downs of all equipment delivered and any high touch points;
Our team will ask for your permission to sign on your behalf, to avoid touching devices; and
We utilise a location based App to manage our deliveries, meaning we maintain a detailed time-based record of all customer premises visited by our team each day.
